Birthstone Necklace Impossibiltiy?

When I received this custom order request for a birthstone necklace for my mother-in-law with 12 children, I have to say I was thinking, what in the world can I possibly come up with using such a random combination of colors and still stay true to her style.  Well, after many failed attempts I designed a one of kind necklace that I am proud to put my name behind.  And she loved it!  Here are a few images of the final product.
